Note to Scouts and Scouters
- Making sure this data is correct starts with you! Scouts, make sure Advancement Chair Mr. Cook
sees your Scout book so he can log your advancements. Make sure any campouts other than Troop campouts
(like OA, Firecrafter, Patrol, or family) get credited correctly by letting Mr. Fenimore know. Troop
campouts will be entered based on the lists provided by Outdoor Chair Mr. Swift.
- First we need to get the information, then it gets entered into Troopmaster, then it gets pushed
to the website. All of this is a process that takes time. Please be patient and give us a few weeks
after you give us the information before you expect the information to show up here. Note that
the upper left corner of the Troopmaster reports shows the date that the report was generated.
- If you see errors in the reports related to Advancement, please report them to Mr. Cook. Other
errors may be reported to Mr. Fenimore or to Mr. Cook.
Technical details: You must be using a browser that supports JavaScript (such as
Internet Explorer 4.x and above, Netscape 4.x and above, Opera 6.x and above,
and Mozilla Firefox). A session cookie is used so you only need to enter the
password once per browsing session, therefore your browser must support cookies for this
website.
